The Spokes for Speech bike ride fundraiser is set for Saturday, Oct. 8.

The ride begins at 8 a.m. along a 20-, 40- or 60-mile route beginning and ending at North Hall High School, 4885 Mount Vernon Road in Gainesville.

All riders receive a T-shirt and a goody bag.

The cost is $35 per rider; all proceeds benefit the Northeast Georgia Speech Center.

Registration begins at 6:30 a.m. at North Hall High School.
