In order to bring the sights of the Great White North to the Deep South for travelers and local families alike, Lanier Islands will debut its SnowWorld this winter. As the name might suggest, SnowWorld is all about snow. Held in conjunction with Lanier Islands Christmas featuring a newly reimagined holiday light show, SnowWorld will offer five speed slides featuring slick icy surfaces in place of water, a snowy 13-lane tube slide, four snow play zones, ice skating at the Polar rink and several family-friendly eateries.
