The Dahlonega Woman’s Club is trying to make Christmas shopping as easy as possible.

The club is sponsoring the Christmas Market on Candy Cane Lane from 1–5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 4, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, at the Community House on the corner of North Park Street and Hawkins Street across from Hancock Park in downtown Dahlonega. Candy canes will guide visitors’ way.

Shoppers will find one-of-a-kind gift and holiday decor items. Baked goods and food items ready for gift-giving from a number of unique artists and craftsmen also will be available. Therefore, consumers can stock up on Christmas goodies and embrace the holiday spirit during Dahlonega’s Old Fashion Christmas.

All proceeds will benefit Lumpkin County children in need.
