The timeless classic feature a mean “humbug” of a man, three ghosts and a special boy named Tiny Tim will take its place on stage once again this holiday season.
“Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol” is schedule to run until Dec. 23 at the New American Shakespeare Tavern at 499 Peachtree St. NE in Atlanta.
A handful of actors bring the art of storytelling to life, transporting audience members to Ebenezer Scrooge’s London counting house on that fateful Christmas when Scrooge meets three Ghosts and a certain little boy named Tiny Tim.
Regular performances will be 7:30 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays; 6:30 p.m. Sundays; and 10 a.m. most Tuesday and Wednesdays through Dec. 23. Bonus performances are scheduled for 2 p.m. Dec. 14, 20 and 23; and 7:30 p.m. Dec. 16-17 and 22-23.
Tickets range from $15-$40 in the main floor, box on floor and balcony seats.
