Evoking the high energy and innate whimsy of a visit to the circus, a Gainesville-based nonprofit will host its seventh annual Gala for Hope & Healing. The circus-themed event will be at 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, at the Robson Event Center, 310 Broad St. SW, in Gainesville. The theme is A Night Under the Big Top, complete with circus-style fare from GG Events of Gainesville.
