Are you looking for a place to take your special Valentine to hear an evening of romantic favorites from traditional to movie hits?

The Green Street Quartet consists of two violins, viola and cello played by classically trained musicians Linda Williams, Jamie Mancuso, Dr. Curtis Malcolm and Dr. Jon Kerrick, has the venue for you. They will offer a free concert filled with music about love.

The Valentine performance will be at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, in the chapel of the First Baptist Church of Gainesville. Donations are welcome.

Proceeds will go to the Gainesville Performing Arts Academy to finance an ongoing string instruction program for youth and adults. The program supports stringed music instruction, rarely available in public schools.
