Transforming a photograph into a painting is the task artists will undertake for three days at Quinlan Visual Arts Center. The Inside of Painting Workshop with Debra Nadelhoffer will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 8-10 at 514 Green St. in Gainesville. The class costs $350.
