As the fall harvest season arrives in Northeast Georgia, farmers and all elements of their livelihood will take centerstage at the Agri-Fest Country Market and Pottery Comes to Town festivities in downtown Cleveland. The one-day family event will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, at Freedom Park, just east of the Cleveland square off Ga. 115 W. Sponsored by the White County Historical Society and the White County Chamber of Commerce’s Agri-Business Committee, Agri-Fest Country Market will showcase agricultural-related items, farm animals, pottery and locally homemade items. Other activities include live music, inflatables, children’s activities, pumpkin decorating and food.
