Brenau University picked up a pair of key conference wins Saturday when the Golden Tigers topped No. 16 Lee University 2-1 and 6-2.

Senior Cassie Lassiter struck out nine and gave up just two hits in the first game and reached base in every plate appearance. Marisa Litster picked up the win in the second game and went 2-for-3. Brooke Bryant, who leads in the SSAC in batting average, went 4-for-7 on the day.
