Julio Teheran notched his 15th victory on the season for the season for the Triple-A Gwinnett Braves in a 4-2 win against the Norfolk Tides on Saturday at Coolray Field in Lawrenceville.
Teheran pitched six innings and allowed two runs and four hits.
With the win, he tied the franchise record for wins in Triple-A in a single season with Trey Hodges in 2002 when the team was located in Richmond, Va.
Gwinnett first baseman Mauro Gomez hit a two-run home run. Ruben Gotay and Stefan Gartrell each had two hits for the G-Braves, and Wilkin Ramirez had three hits.
Gwinnett plays host to Norfolk at 2 p.m. Sunday at Coolray Field.
