The Wednesday Dogfight golf group played this week at Chicopee Woods Golf Course.

The team of Roger Stapp, Geoff Archibald, Wayne Strickland and Dan Arthurs finished first. The team Jerry Horton, Bill Jorgenson, Keith Fitzgerald and Terry Clegg finished second.

Along with winning in team play, Strickland finished first individually. Horton finished second, Mike Tilson finished third and Stapp finished fourth. Greg Lee and Jorgenson finished tied for fifth.

The Chattahoochee Men’s Golf Association played a three best-ball net strokes game Wednesday at Chattahoochee Golf Course.

First place went to the team of Dick Bachman, Denny Momper, Ed Pledger and Jimmy Johnson. Second place went to the team of A.J. Kiker, Dennis Jones, Jim Hesser and Glynn Rogers. Third place went to the team of Gene Weschler, Carlyle Cox and Ron Hopley.

Fourth place went to the team of Warren Jahn, Bob Henderson, Jim Carroll and John T. Smith.

Closest to the pin winners were Harry Barnett (No. 3), Dave Gleason (No. 5), Don Sorrell (No. 12), and Momper (No. 17).
