NOTES: Led by senior striker Leo Toledo, (78 goals, 17 so far in postseason) East Hall has run riot through the Class AAA playoffs, winning each of its tournament games so far by a combined score of 28-5.

The Vikings defeated Gordon Central (9-0), Peach County (10-1), Blessed Trinity (4-3) and Savannah Arts Academy (5-1) to reach Thursday's final.

Decatur (No. 3 seed from Region 4-AAA) defeated Islands (4-0), Jefferson (1-0), Sonoraville (4-2) and Oconee County (2-1) en route to the championship game.

East Hall (No. 1 seed from Region 7-AAA) is riding a 13-game winning streak. Its only loss on the season came to top-ranked and undefeated Johnson, which will play Saturday in the Class AAAA state title game.

The Vikings have scored 139 goals in 22 games so far this season. This is the school's first trip to the state title game.

Toledo, a Mercer University commit, scored 60 goals in his junior year on his way to earning The Times' 2015 All-Area Boys Soccer Player of the Year honor. So far, he's scored 17 playoff goals this spring, including four against Gordon Central, six against Peach County, three against Blessed Trinity, four against Savannah Arts.

PLAYOFF HISTORY: According to the GHSA, the Decatur boys soccer team has won a state title twice in program history (1977, 2003), while East Hall is seeking its first boys soccer state championship.
