West Hall's boys cross country team finished in second place in the 28-team, all-classification field at the Westover Invitational meet Saturday.

Lovett won the event, followed by the Spartans.

West Hall was led by Andy Martin (16 minutes, 50 seconds), Jimmy Gault (17:00), Josh Pendley (17:05), Keegan Kyle (17:14) and Jairo Padilla (17:15).

West Hall's girls finished in ninth place, led by Liliana Cervantes (20:10), Kaylin Walters (21:32) and Ansley Dobbs (21:42).
