Chestatee High’s Devon Thomas has been promoted to Eligibility Director of Athletics at Brenau University. He will continue as Brenau’s softball coach but will step down from that role at Chestatee High.

Angela Shepheard, who was already on staff as an assistant on the War Eagles’ staff, will replace Thomas as softball coach. Shepheard previously served as the head coach at Flowery Branch High.
