The Panthers rushed for 161 yards and had 228 passing yards in a win over Hayesville, N.C., in Blairsville.
Kolt Owenby led the way for the Panthers, rushing for 83 yards in 10 carries and scoring a touchdown. Owenby also went 16-for-28 passing with three touchdowns.
Blake Gowder had 5 receptions for 45 yards and a touchdown and Jared Peterson had 4 receptions for 86 yards and a touchdown.

Starting quarterback Tyler Dotson threw for 56 yards, rushed for 46 yards and pitched a touchdown pass to Ashley Lowery to lead the Warriors' win in Carnesville.
Lowery led in rushing yards with 13 carries for 50 yards and running back Tyler Nation caught 4 passes for 40 yards.
White County (1-0) plays host to East Hall next Friday.
GRACE BAPTIST 54, NORTH GEORGIA CHRISTIAN 0
North Georgia Christian fell Friday against Grace Baptist in Ellijay.
Quarterback Joe Boonstra was 2-of-6 passing for 40 yards for the Chargers.
Josh Pruner led the defense with six tackles.
The Chargers (1-1) will travel to play Covenant Christian at 7:30 p.m. next Friday.
WASHINGTON WILKES 34, BANKS COUNTY 21
The Leopards totaled 276 yards against Washington Wilkes but it wasn't enough.
Dean Ewing led the way for the Leopards, returning a kickoff for a 78-yard touchdown.
Quarterback Dylan Lackey had 18 completions totaling 98 yards and a touchdown and running back Clay Frink had 11 carries and rushed for 51 yards.

The Indians lost their season opener against the Wildcats in Rabun County on Friday night. Towns County plays host to Lakeview at 7:30 p.m. next Friday.

Cedar Shoals defeated Habersham Central in overtime in the Raiders' season opener at Mount Airy.
Habersham Central visits Heritage at 7:30 p.m. next Friday.

Brandon Whitlock had 17 carries rushing for 174 yards to lead the Titans to a victory over Prince Avenue in Bogart on Friday.
