West Hall came in at No. 10 in the boys poll, while the Flowery Branch was No. 6 and North Hall was No. 10 in the girls poll. Region 7-AAA accounted for three teams in each poll, with the Creekview boys ranked No. 4, and the West Forsyth girls ranked No. 3.
