The Falcons breezed past St. Francis with an 85-53 win on Wednesday in the Papa Jack’s Thanksgiving Hoop Fest in Flowery Branch.

Josh Barrett led the Falcons (2-0) with 18 points, followed by A.C. Bailey, who scored 16.

Flowery Branch’s Izaan Cross added 12 points and six rebounds and Phillips Chau scored 10 points.

Ryder Stinchcomb led the Falcons on the boards, grabbing seven rebounds, while Ishmael Hollis added six boards.

Devonte Davis led St. Francis with 24 points and Jamaal Evans added 13.

Flowery Branch returns to action Tuesday at Chestatee in the Region 7-AAA opener. The girls game is set for 6 p.m. with the boys game to follow.
