For the second straight day, icy conditions are taking a toll on the basketball state playoffs in Northeast Georgia. The Johnson boys (27-0) have postponed their Class AAAA state playoff opener against Southeast Whitfield (11-14) until 6 p.m. on Thursday at Johnson High. The game was originally scheduled to be played tonight.
