Region 8-A basketball coaches named two Lakeview Academy players to the All-Region team on Sunday.

Austin Pearson and Austin Montgomery were both named to the first team. Coach Seth Vining was also named the regions Coach of the Year.

The Lions (21-4, 13-1) have won five straight and 21 of their last 23 after an 0-2 start to the season. They have a bye in the first round of the region tournament, and will play at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
