Kylah Mize finished with 21 points for the East Hall girls in a 53-36 win against Union County on Friday, making for a tie atop the Region 7-AAA standings. Macy Thomas scored 10 points for the Lady Vikings (14-6, 9-1 Region 7-AAA).
On Saturday, East Hall hosts Jefferson in Gainesville.
EAST HALL BOYS 70, UNION COUNTY 68: Luke Cooper hit the go-ahead shot for the Vikings with just three seconds left in the game on Friday. Sedrion Morse and Mahki Brown both had 24 points apiece for the Vikings (15-6, 9-1 Region 7-AAA).
East Hall hosts Jefferson at 7:30 p.m. tonight in Gainesville.
NORTH HALL GIRLS 62, DAWSON COUNTY 41: Taylor Anne Kelley had 17 for the Lady Trojans (14-4, 7-4 Region 7-AAA) on Friday.
Kaylee Sticker had 15 points for the Lady Tigers. Dawson County’s record is now 8-14 and 5-5 in the region.
North Hall visits Oconee County at 4 p.m. today in Watkinsville. Dawson County hosts East Hall on Tuesday in Dawsonville.
BLESSED TRINITY GIRLS 57, CHESTATEE 51: Brooklyn Popham led the Lady War Eagles with 16 points and Lindsey Caudell chipped in 15 on Friday. Peri Satterfield scored 10 points for Chestatee.
Chestatee host West Hall at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Gainesville.
RIVERSIDE MILITARY BOYS 50, GEORGE WALTON ACADEMY BOYS 46: Will Eidson and Khalid Duke both posted 16 points for the Eagles on Friday. Torey Zanders had 19 for George Walton Academy while teammate Brelan Holston finished the night with 10 points.
The Eagles (5-11, 4-8 Region 8-A) visit Lakeview Academy at 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
BUFORD GIRLS 64, CLARK CENTRAL GIRLS 30: Buford’s Tory Ozment put up a team-high 14 points on Friday. Marissa Bruce had 12 for the Lady Wolves (20-1, 10-0 Region 8-AAAAA), while teammate Audrey Weiner added 11 points.

BANKS COUNTY 49, RABUN GIRLS 45: Banks County’s Allison Smith put up 14 points for the Lady Leopards on Friday in Tiger. The Lady Leopards (15-6, 7-2 Region 8-AA) host Putnam County at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Homer.
BANKS COUNTY BOYS 58, RABUN COUNTY 49: Banks County’s Kahmal Wiley had 29 points, 14 rebounds, two blocks, four steals, and two blocks on Friday in Tiger.
Carl Cleveland scored 17 points and grabbed four rebounds for the Leopards (17-4, 9-0 Region 8-AA) while teammate Dylan Orr racked up 11 rebounds, four assists, and two blocks.
Banks County host Putnam County at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in Homer.
OCONEE COUNTY BOYS 54, JEFFERSON 47: Ty Paschal had 17 points for Oconee County on Friday in Jefferson. Rahul Das had 10 for the Warriors. Oconee County improves their record to 12-9 and 4-4 in Region 8-AAAA play.
