Shaquan Cantrell led Gainesville, posting 18 points and six rebounds in a 65-57 win against West Hall on Tuesday night in Gainesville.

Lance White scored 13 points and Deshaun Watson had 12 points and four rebounds for the Red Elephants in their seventh straight win.

A.J. Stephens led the Spartans with 19 points. Tyswon Cantrell scored 17 points and Hunter Atkinson scored 12 points for West Hall.

Gainesville hosts Oconee County at 7 p.m. Friday and West Hall hosts Johnson at 8:30 p.m. Friday.

RABUN GAP GIRLS 57, LAKEVIEW ACADEMY 31: Junior Taylor Handte led the Lady Lions (6-6) with 12 points Tuesday night in Gainesville.

Lakeview will host Tallulah Falls at 6 p.m. Friday.

EAST HALL 56, JOHNSON 26: The Vikings (9-8) were led by pins from Robert Williams (126 pounds), Felton Wood (132), Enrique Restrepo (138), Edward Vergara (145), Carlos Negron (152), Jerrod Rodgers (170), and Kintavious Johnson (182) on Tuesday.

East Hall travels Friday and Saturday to Jefferson High School for the Area 8-AA Dual Tournament.
