The North Hall High boys basketball team picked up their seventh consecutive win, beating Flowery Branch 67-53 on Saturday night at North Hall. The Trojans (13-2, 3-1 Region 7A-AAA) led 20-12 after the first quarter and extended their lead to 43-32 at halftime.

Kanler Coker led North Hall with 15 points and Robby Hill added 13.

For the Falcons, Ishmael Hollis finished with a game-high 16 points.

North Hall plays host to Gilmer at 2 p.m. Monday. Flowery Branch plays host to West Forsyth at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

FLOWERY BRANCH GIRLS 43, NORTH HALL 32: Jessica Harper led the Lady Falcons with 18 points on Saturday at North Hall.

Flowery Branch plays host to West Forsyth at 6 p.m. Tuesday. North Hall plays host to Gilmer at 2 p.m. Monday.

EAST HALL GIRLS 69, WEST HALL 32: Morgan Jackson scored 15 points, Haley Chapman added 13 points and Jasmine Jenkins had 12 for the Lady Vikings on Saturday in Oakwood.

East Hall (12-4, 5-0 Region 7B-AAA) led by 13 at halftime, and outscored the Lady Spartans 18-6 in the third quarter.

Bailey Soucie led West Hall (3-12, 1-4 Region 7B-AAA) with 10 points.

West Hall plays host to Lambert at 7 p.m. Friday.

EAST HALL BOYS 76, WEST HALL 63: The Vikings shot 7 for 9 from 3-point range in the first half on Saturday in Oakwood.

J.C. Hampton led East Hall (11-5, 5-1) with 18 points, T.D. Teasley scored 11 and Charles Perry added 10.

East Hall led 24-10 after the first period, and extended its lead to 45-27 at halftime.

William Stroup (22) and Shunquez Stephens (20) were both in double figures for West Hall.

On Friday, Greg Edwards scored 19 for East Hall in a 60-55 win against Lambert in Suwanee.

Hampton and Ashton Cheeks each finished with 11 for the Vikings.

East Hall faces Lakeside-Dekalb at noon on Monday. West Hall plays host to Lambert at 8:30 p.m. Friday in Oakwood.

BLESSED TRINITY BOYS 76, JOHNSON 70 OT: Tre Dudley scored 24 points for the Knights (8-5, 4-1 Region 7B-AAA) in an overtime loss to the defending Class AA finalist Blessed Trinity on Saturday night in Oakwood.

Ty Odem (15) and Matt Hollis (14) were also in double figures for Johnson.

Johnson plays host to Lambert at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

CHESTATEE GIRLS 39, CREEKVIEW 32: Peyton Robertson had 16 points and eight rebounds, and Chelsea Wilson added 11 points for the Lady War Eagles (11-3, 4-0 Region 7A-AAA) on Saturday.

Tied 10-10 after the first quarter, Chestatee outscored the Lady Grizzlies 11-5 in the second quarter.

Chestatee visits North Hall at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

CREEKVIEW BOYS 55, CHESTATEE 47: Jackson Chandler scored 14 points for the War Eagles (7-8, 2-2 Region 7A-AAA) on Saturday in Gainesville.

The Grizzlies outscored Chestatee 21-8 in the third period.

Chestatee visits North Hall at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

GAINESVILLE BOYS 66, WINDER-BARROW 63: For the second consecutive night, Gainesville’s A.J. Johnson had a double-double, with 17 points and 14 rebounds in a win in Gainesville.

Chris West added 14 points and Ty Redmon scored 11 for the Red Elephants (6-7, 3-2 Region 7B-AAA).

Trailing by nine after three quarters, Gainesville outscored Winder-Barrow 26-14 in the fourth quarter.

Gainesville visits Johnson at 8:30 p.m. Friday in Oakwood.

PICKENS GIRLS 68, WHITE COUNTY 45: Jazmine Goss scored a game-high 14 and Megan Womack added 13 for Pickens on Saturday in Jasper.

Jamie Waterman scored nine for the Lady Dragons.

For White County, Shauna Anderson scored 13 and Ashley Smith had 10.

Pickens plays host to Creekview at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Jasper. White County visits West Forsyth at 7 p.m. Friday.

WHITE COUNTY BOYS 45, PICKENS 43: Luke Crumley scored a game-high 19 points and Ashely Lowery added 11 for the Warriors (7-7, 3-2 Region 7A-AAA) on Saturday in Jasper. Jordan Shaw led Pickens with 15 points.

White County visits Lumpkin County at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in Dahlonega.

JEFFERSON BOYS 62, UNION COUNTY 43: Darius Minor and Jessie Damons each finished with a team-high 18 points for Jefferson (10-6) on Saturday in Jefferson.

David Watson added 10 for the Dragons.

Seth Merritt scored a game-high 21 for the Panthers and Jake Gooch added 11.

Jefferson plays host to East Jackson at 8:30 p.m. Friday.
