High school football: Cherokee Bluff wins big against Lumpkin County

Micah Hunter had rushing scores 49 and 13 yards for Cherokee Bluff in a 41-6 win against Lumpkin County on Friday in Dahlonega. With the win, the Bears move to 7-0 overall and 3-0 in Region 7-3A. 

Cherokee Bluff finished the game with 309 yards rushing. 

Bears quarterback Sebastian Irons was 8 for 8 with 97 yards passing. 

Up next, Cherokee Bluff visits Dawson County on Friday in Dawsonville.
