Gainesville High’s Davis Weaver won the University of Georgia Junior Classic by one shot after shooting a two-day total of 153 (11-over par) Wednesday in Athens. After a first-round 72, he shot 81 on Wednesday. On the first day of play, Weaver was in position to take a commanding lead after putting together three birdies on the back nine Fellow Red Elephant Ryan Hogan finished tied for third at 13 over.
