Buford High senior Brandon Marsh was named Region 8-AAAA Player of the Year in baseball, while his Wolves teammate Justin Glover was named Pitcher of the Year. Marsh had a batting average of .559 with 66 hits and 25 RBIs. Glover went 10-0 with an ERA of 1.52 and 94 strikeouts for the Class AAAA state runner-up.
