The Buford girls basketball team fell to Americus-Sumter 51-44 Saturday evening in the Class AAAA state tournament at Fort Valley State University in Fort Valley. Sophomore point guard Tory Ozment and sophomore shooting guard Audrey Wiener both led the Lady Wolves (25-6) with 11 points each, while junior shooting guard Rachel Dobbs had nine. Junior small forward Marissa Bruce added seven points.
