ATLANTA — Mfon Udofia, a two-time all-state selection from Miller Grove High in Stone Mountain, has signed with Georgia Tech.

Coach Paul Hewitt said Wednesday Udofia, a 6-foot-3 point guard, is Georgia Tech’s fourth signee of the early signing period.

Udofia averaged 24.4 points, 7.5 assists, 6.2 rebounds and 3.4 steals per game to help lead Miller Grove to the final four of the state playoffs last season.

Georgia Tech previously signed Kammeon Holsey, a 6-8 strong forward from Hancock Central High School in Sparta; Brian Oliver, a 6-6 guard-forward from William Penn High School in New Castle, Del.; and Glen Rice Jr., a 6-4 guard from Walton High School in Marietta.

Hewitt said the four signees “really improved the depth of our team.”
