The Nov. 17 Georgia-Georgia Southern football game will kick off at 1:30 p.m., the school announced Thursday. Broadcast arrangements and information are still being finalized but the game falls into the one game pay-per-view or point-to-point telecast provisions. However, kickoff time in this case is at the discretion of the University.
