ATHENS — The kickoff time for No. 5 Georgia's home game against Georgia Tech on Nov. 24 has been set for noon. The game will be televised by ESPN. Georgia clinched a spot in the Dec. 1 Southeastern Conference championship game in Atlanta with Saturday night's 38-0 win at Auburn.
