MACON — For Georgia, the upheaval of conferences in Division-I football means the addition of two new opponents in the SEC, including a date with Missouri the second week of the season. For Georgia Southern, it means that potential Football Bowl Subdivision conferences looking to add the Eagles are waiting to see what happens next. “We’ve made ourselves available to move up if a conference wants us,” said Georgia Southern assistant head coach Mitch Ware during the 11th annual Peach State Pigskin Preview at the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame on Tuesday.
