Northeast Georgia athletes took home four gold medals in the bench press-only categories Saturday at the 2016 Georgia Games event at Iron Beast gym in Gainesville. George Bradley of Gainesville won the Master’s Men’s (MM) 148-pound class, equipped 55-59 bench-only age group with a lift of 225 pounds. R. Garry Glenn of Oakwood took top honors by pushing 320 pounds in MM 60-64, 220-pound class.
