Pruett honored for achievements

Lakeview Academy graduate David Pruett, a rising senior on the Lander University basketball team, was named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches Honors Court this week. The Honors Court recognizes student-athletes who excelled in academics during the 2011-12 season. Pruett has twice been named to the Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll for achieving at least a 3.0 GPA for the academic year and was also voted to the PBC Men’s Basketball All-Academic team.
