Sam Hulsey claimed his fifth City Golf Championship with a 36-hole total of 140 on Sunday at the Chattahoochee Golf Course in Gainesville. Hulsey fired a 70 each round for a 4-under par for the tournament. Rising Gainesville High freshman Spencer Ralston came in second after shooting a 71 on Sunday for a two-day 145.
