Gainesville High's Ryan Hogan ties for fourth in AJGA Championship

Gainesville High’s Ryan Hogan failed to defend his title, but still finished in the top-four of the final round of Wednesday's Atlanta Junior Golf Association Grand Championship at TPC Sugarloaf in Duluth. Hogan birdied on the par-5 third and par-3 11th to card a 4-over par 76 and finish in a four-way tie for fourth with Brady Carman, David Frank, and Bailey Means. Takafumi Shimoji, of Suwanee, made five birdies en-route to a 1-under par (71) for the final round, winning this year’s championship at 2-over par.
