The University of North Georgia softball team slipped four spots to No. 8 in the most recent National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Top-25 Poll Released Wednesday morning. The Saints (18-5) went 2-2 this past weekend with wins over Brevard College and Queens University of Charlotte (N.C.). North Georgia defeated Brevard 9-8 on Friday after dropping the opening game of the Mid-South Classic 3-2 to Lenoir-Rhyne University.
