The North Georgia College & State University men’s basketball team suffered its first loss of the season as they fell 83-80 to Anderson University (2-1) on Tuesday in Anderson, S.C. Lamar Richardson led North Georgia’s attack with 23 points, going 7-for-11 from the field, including knocking down a game-high six three-pointers, while Ishmael Hollis continued his hot streak with 16 points and five rebounds. The Saints play host to Belmont Abbey College at 4 p.m. on Saturday in Dahlonega.
