The Chicopee Woods Mountain Bike Trail System is reopening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony sponsored by the Southern Off-Road Bicycle Association at 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

The refurbished trail system spans 21 miles designed for beginners through expert riders. Hikers and riders are invited to use the new trails after the ceremony.

Future plans for the trails include a pump track, a dual slalom course, and a bike trail connection to the soon-to-be built Hall County Multi-Use Trail.
