MIAMI — Shelby Miller has lost 16 consecutive decisions, yet hasn’t pitched nearly as bad as his record indicates. Miller gave up seven runs over 5 1-3 innings as the Atlanta Braves lost to the Miami Marlins 9-5 Sunday. While he is 0-16 in 24 starts since winning at Miami on May 17, he has a 3.77 ERA in that span.
