ATLANTA — Clint Dolezel threw six touchdown passes to help the Dallas Desperados beat the Georgia Force 51-41 on Saturday in the season opener for both teams.
Dolezel was 26-of-36 for 277 yards. Will Pettis caught three TD passes, and Anthony Armstrong had 10 catches for 129 yards and a score.
Dallas was 15-1 in the regular season last year, with the lone loss a 78-63 setback at Georgia in the ninth week.
Chris Greisen was 23-of-38 for 282 yards and four touchdowns for the Force. Troy Bergeron had eight receptions for 107 yards and a TD.
