White County used a wide range of players to work its way to a 38-13 win over Banks County on Friday in Homer.
In just the first half, 12 players carried the ball for the Warriors, who enter the Class AAA state playoffs next week as the No. 2 seed from Region 7-AAA.
Dalton Whitfield led White County’s running game with 77 yards and a touchdown on three carries, and Sean Greer had 53 yards and a score on six carries. Jake Sulhoff added 37 yards on six carries.
Clancy Loudermilk had a kickoff return for a touchdown for the Warriors, and Coley Loudermilk added another score on an interception return.
Wesley Saunders capped off the White County scoring with a 47-yard field goal at the end of the first half to put his team up 38-7.
The Warriors have homefield advantage for the first round of the state playoffs and will play host to the No. 3 seed from Region 5-AAA on Friday.
