Blessed Trinity defeated Jackson County 41-14 in their first-round Class AAA state playoff game Friday in Roswell.
Malik Tuck scored a touchdown with a two-point conversion and Luis Sanchez kicked a pair of field goals for Jackson County.
“Blessed Trinity is really good on the offensive and defensive line, and they don’t make mistakes,” said Jakckson County coach Benji Harrison. “We lost to a really good team, and I’m proud of our guys.”
The Panthers finish the season with a 4-7 record. Blessed Trinity advances to play White White County.
