Dawson County held on to defeat Union County 22-19 on Friday night in Dawsonville.

Tyler Dominy completed 9 of his 19 passes for 161 yards and three touchdowns as the Tigers moved to 2-1 in Region 8-AA North

Bruce Clark caught two of the Dominy touchdown passes and totaled five catches for 92 yards.

Dawson County's Zach Martin carried the ball 18 times for 104 yards and caught a touchdown. Cody Smith added 47 yards on 7 carries for the Tigers

Dawson County (3-4, 2-1 Region 8-AA North) host East Hall in a pivitol subregion match-up on Friday.

Union County (1-6, 0-3) will try to snap a six-game skid at Rabun County next Friday.
