I know there has been a lot said about the change of guard starting Jan. 1, but I would just like to commend the Times editorial staff on this past Sunday's editorial.

In Wednesday's article, "Hall may compromise on Clermont library," Craig Lutz made the comment: "Cool Springs is not a North Hall or South Hall park. It's a West Hall park. As far as I'm concerned, I don't know why that park should be built."

I would just say there are a lot of taxpayers in West Hall whose children go to school there and deserve just as much improvement to their lives as anywhere else in the county. I think it's short-sighted to make a statement like that.

These guys need to remember their decisions effect everyone in the county. It just goes to show a lack of vision for Hall County by these men.
