Alcohol sales could do the same for Maysville and Jackson County as it has done for White County (“Alcohol sales prove lucrative,” May 6).

It’s about time the (so-called) Christians loosened their grip on the taxpayers. That way the Christians and the others will not have to go out of town to give our tax money to other counties.
