I would just like to take this chance to thank our esteemed state representatives for voting for and changing the state insurance (not), since the new insurance will not pay for needed medication for MS. Now these people are talking about increasing state money for people who can’t afford insurance, but doing nothing for people who have worked all their lives paying for insurance and trying to have a nice retirement, only to have to worry about paying for their medicines. They need to start worrying more about people who are paying their salaries, and the people who work for or are retired from the state. They may be in the same shape one day when their medicine goes from $40 per month to $500 per month.
