Opinion: Biden’s decision to give Ukraine cluster bombs was a good one

President Biden made the correct move to give Ukraine 155mm cluster bombs. The U.S. stockpile of unitary 155mm howitzer shells is getting low. Biden reasons that by providing cluster bombs to Ukraine to be used in designated combat areas that we can rebuild our stockpile of regular 155mm shells.
