Recently, staff members from the Hall County Correctional Institution transported me to the Department of Driver Services to assist me in renewing my commercial license, which I’ve had for more than 20 years and which expired during my confinement.

My whole experience at D.D.S. was pleasant, from the greeter at the entrance through conclusion. Especially stellar was the customer service from examiner Kristina Colbert, who made the experience an enjoyable one. She was very respectful and helpful, and not one time did she treat me as an inmate or any differently because I was wearing a blue and white uniform that reflected “state prisoner.” 

I would like to recognize and commend her for being an asset to the Georgia D.D.S. and to Hall County, and express my appreciation.
