Two Hall County leaders with very different jobs are stepping away from them this year. Thus, it’s an appropriate time to offer a salute to both Carl Rogers and Jackie Wallace for the work each has done to make Hall County a better place. State Rep. Carl Rogers has served 22 years in the legislature representing Gainesville.
