An 8-year-old boy sustained a broken leg and other injuries during an alleged hit-and-run wreck at a local apartment complex Sunday. Morgan Ashley Ray, 25, of Gainesville is charged with DUI, serious injury by vehicle and hit-and-run after allegedly hitting the boy, who was a pedestrian.
