Atlanta Gas Light work crews were on scene Wednesday to move a gas main underneath Sardis Road after a portion of the roadway washed out last Friday following heavy rains. “Once all utilities are out of the way, we will be able to excavate and begin installation of the new pipes,” Hall County Engineer Kevin McInturff said in a press release Wednesday. McInturff added that he expects the utility work to be complete soon.
